If you request a digital version of the IT Rescue Guide through the order form we provide, you must enter your email address and language. This is necessary so that we can send you the appropriate file.
You can voluntarily provide additional information, such as your company name and any potential IT rescue needs. Furthermore, you can voluntarily consent to being contacted by TNG. If you do so, TNG reserves the right to contact you for the purpose of customer acquisition or to invite you to our “Big Techday” conference.
We will use your email address and selected language to send you the book. We may also use any additional information you voluntarily provide for statistical evaluations, as well as - if you wish - for contacting you or inviting you to our events.
When sending the book via email, your entered data, particularly your email address, will be transmitted to our email service provider, VNC - Virtual Network Consult. This is necessary for sending the electronic version of the book.
Your data will be stored for as long as required for these processing purposes, but no longer than one year.
The legal basis for these processing activities are our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1) lit. f DSGVO) in market research, maintaining contact, and customer acquisition.
